Why MDT? MDT is different than any other staffing company in the industry.  They are continually changing with the market and promote a fun, yet competitive environment.  The Management is approachable and you never need to worry about bothering them with a question or bouncing an idea off of them.  In my eyes, MDT is the model for what other staffing companies should look to be like.
