V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Help Desk Level I for our premier client in Madison, Wisconsin. This is a 8-month contract position in the public-sector industry.

Education and Experience »
- 1-2 years’ experience on help desk or customer service

Job Responsibilities »
- Provides support to end users on a variety of issues
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems
- Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support
- Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution
