V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a RPA Lead (Robotics Process Automation) for our premier client in location. This is a contract/contract-to-hire position in the telecommunications industry.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Technical Requirements and/or Certifications »

• 3+ years of RPA operations experience (Blue Prism is highly preferred)
• ITIL Foundations or advanced certifications are preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »

• Skills in IT operations, user management and support
• Skills in IT metric and KPI creation and measurement
• Skills in IT organizational design
• Skills in IT project management
• Skills in IT architecture
• Solid customer focus
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to create and manage project plans in Microsoft Project

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Job Responsibilities »

• Provide RPA technology, design, organizational and operational expertise as our client begins the design and buildout of an Enterprise business process RPA COE
• Work closely with the IT organization, internal business teams, and a third party partner to manage, coordinate and plan COE design activities
• Review scope and determine which processes, standards and frameworks are most critical and what KPIs should be used to measure success
• Prioritize and build out the short and long term enterprise technology environment, intake and operational standards, and any other key areas identified as part of the initial discussions and vendor guidance
• Build out and manage a project plan and ensure the team is moving rapidly and delivering key support and operational frameworks by the end of the year for the highest priority items
