V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Security Architect for our premier client in Madison, Wisconsin. This is a long-term contract position in the financial services industry.  

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:  

 Technical Requirements and Certifications »

• Identity and access technologies (AD/LDAP, IDM, PKI, DLP and SSO)
• Web filtering technology (TLS Interception, Network intrusion detection, net gen firewalls, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, tokenization, data masking
• Cloud security experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
• Working knowledge in securing Web Services, API Gateways and application integration development and design
• Solid knowledge and understanding of privacy and security regulations such as: GLBA, GDPR, SOX, HIPPA, PCI-DSS
• Solid Knowledge of Best Practices such as: NIST 800-53, the ISO 27000 family of standards and CSA STAR

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

Job Responsibilities » 

• Plan and design infrastructure technology solutions that support the business requirements and align with the Architecture standards and patterns
• Work with Architecture in the development and governance of infrastructure technology architecture standards, guidelines, and patterns
• Work with technologists and Solution Architects to develop and implement solutions that reduce complexity, improve agility, and improve integration of infrastructure technology solutions
