V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Software Engineer (.NET) for our premier client in Madison, Wisconsin.  This is a long-term contract position in the public-sector industry.  

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:  

 Technical Requirements and Certifications »

• W2K web/applications servers, UNIX database server, Oracle database, C#, VB.Net, ASP.Net, Crystal Reports, SQL Navigator

Education and Experience » 

• Business knowledge of Wisconsin's unemployment insurance program and familiarity with application systems, procedures, and development standards

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

Job Responsibilities » 

• Develop, maintain and enhance applications pertaining to the Unemployment Insurance program in Wisconsin
• Use several applications to manage the various aspects of the UI program
  • These applications include: SUITES, UIBNet, and Claimant and Employer Portals. These applications are supported on a .Net/Oracle platform
• Work as part of a team to develop and maintain UI applications using .Net tools and techniques
