V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Help Desk role for our premier client in Richmond, Virginia. This is a 9-month contract position in the tobacco industry.

U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. Our client is unable to sponsor at this time or work on a C2C basis.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Education and Experience »

• Experience troubleshooting technical issues related to hardware, software or network issues

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »

• Understanding of networking to troubleshoot proxy issues
• Strong communication and organizational skills
