V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Sales Planning Analyst for our premier client in Reston, Virginia. This is an ongoing, open-ended contract position in the automotive industry.

U.S. Citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. Our client is unable to sponsor at this time or work on a C2C basis.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Education and Experience »

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• 2 years of practical experience in the automotive company

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »

• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Job Responsibilities »

• Liaise on a daily basis with all dealers to fulfill all administrative tasks in the day-to-day operation, and support the sales planning processes and ordering management activity
• Prepare sales reports on a monthly and annual basis to monitor dealer performance and the achievement of the company targets
• Monitor and report he delivery to customers on weekly and monthly bases
• Monitor vehicle aging
• Support the ordering process, approve vehicle configuration from dealers, and accept orders
• Amend order configurations or other relevant information on dealer requests
• Monitor vehicle status on the production phases
• Handle invoicing an logistics/vehicle distribution to dealers
