V-Soft Consulting is currently seeking a Lead Analyst, Digital Adobe Technologies for our premier client in Hershey, Pennsylvania. This is a full-time, direct hire position.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

Technical Requirements and/or Certifications »

• AEM Site Developer or Lead Developer certification is strongly preferred
• Proficiency in comparing different integration options based on experience and ability to extrapolate from known metrics and scalability patterns
• Proficiency in the software development lifecycle processes and tools (Source Control, Continuous Integration, Deployment Management)

Education and Experience »

• A Bachelor's Degree in an Information Sciences or Engineering area with relevant coursework in computer programming/applications is preferred
• 3+ years of experience as a full stack web developer, including Java back-end work and JSP development
• 2+ year of experience with Adobe Experience Manager Sites development and administration is required
• Consumer Product Goods (CPG) experience is preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »

• Ability to mentor other technical resources in area of software expertise, including code and architecture reviews
• Ability to interact and oversee small remote and virtual technical teams

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Job Responsibilities »

• Serve as the internal Subject Matter Expert for all things related to the Adobe Experience Manager Sites platform
• Manage a team of onshore and offshore resources to execute these projects
• Lead web engineer resources for continuous maintenance, support, development and enhancement for websites
• Drive delivery of continuous website improvements and optimizations, including capability enhancement, template design and capability, SEO, tag management and data capture
• Determine operational feasibility by evaluating problem definitions, requirements, solution development and proposed solutions
• Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
• Prepare and install solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards and programming
• Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage and work processes, investigating problem areas, and following the software development lifecycle
• Perform gap analysis of requirements, develop overall solution design and recommendations, conduct design review meetings, and lead the technical design and architecture
